Connections Article

I was surprised and pleased to see the Fall 2005 issue of Connections: the Journal of the National School Reform Faculty in my mailbox yesterday afternoon when I returned from a short trip to Dallas. For some reason, I wasn't expecting this issue until September. Of course, I immediately turned to the table of contents and flipped to page 6 to read "Using a Blog to Intensify Reflections" by Donna Reid, Texas!

I have to admit that I felt a rush when I saw the article in print. Many of you are seasoned authors, but this is the first time that any of my work has been published (on paper rather than a website that is) for an audience outside of Houston.

If you are reading this blog for the first time as a result of first reading the article in Connections, I encourage you to leave a comment. Don't just lurk--participate!

Michaelann:

I am so proud of you and I loved the article. I had to read Ron's because mine has not come in yet.

Looks fabulous and was very reflective.

Donna... I am here visiting your website as a result of the Connections publication. Thank you for the work you do for eduction.

I am very intrigued by how blogging can add to the reflective work we do at my school.

Thank you for your reflective article!
